I had a great experience with Clean Cut Painting and Powerwash for soft washing the siding on my home and highly recommend them. From start to finish, the company was extremely responsive, communication was excellent, and the pricing was very competitive. Tyler was personable, professional, and a pleasure to work with throughout the process. He did an incredible job, and his attention to detail really stood out. I especially appreciated the care he took around the plantings and landscaping surrounding the house. He was also very kind and friendly with my dogs, which I appreciated. The company uses excellent professional-quality equipment, and Tyler took great care of the property throughout the soft-washing process. The siding came out beautifully, and the house looks new again. It is refreshing to work with a company that communicates well, takes pride in its work, and delivers excellent results. We were looking at different options for potentially refinishing and painting our kitchen cabinets. We called Clean Cut after reading multiple positive reviews online. Ari responded to our inquiry promptly and scheduled Chris the owner to come out. Chris was very professional and knowledgeable and worked with us on ideas and colors and explained the entire process. We asked for a proposal. . It wasn’t the lowest but it was fair and we wanted the job done correctly. We scheduled the work. Ty was the team lead from start to finish. He always texted his ETA in the mornings and we were extremely impressed throughout the entire process. They were all courteous and professional. Extremely cautious moving things around and they do not cut corners prepping and preparing. The finished job was amazing. The attention to detail and perfection was impressive. They completed work on time and the exceeded our expectations. They arrived early and worked nonstop throughout the process. They also left the kitchen in pristine condition and cleaned up after themselves. It felt like we had a new kitchen. We highly recommend Chris, Ty and the rest of the team. We recently had Clean Cut Painting stain the exterior of our home, paint all of the trim, complete several carpentry repairs, and refinish our deck, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the initial estimate through the final walkthrough, Chris and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. Chris took the time to explain their entire process, discuss product choices, identify potential areas of rot, and answer every question we had without ever making us feel rushed. During the project they found some additional rotten wood, documented everything with photos, and recommended practical solutions, including using PVC in a few areas where it made sense for long-term durability. At no point did we feel pressured into unnecessary work, and all additional repairs were discussed and approved before being completed. The crew was courteous, kept the job site clean, communicated well throughout the project, and the quality of the finished work exceeded our expectations. The new dark blue stain and white trim completely transformed the appearance of our home. What really stood out was their commitment to customer service after the project was complete. They promptly returned for a few touch-ups, answered follow-up questions, and even took the time to explain why one small area near the roofline couldn’t be painted due to existing roofing tar rather than simply covering it up with a solution that wouldn’t last. Finding contractors you trust can be difficult, but Clean Cut earned ours. Incredible house & Workshop transformation by Chris Soule’s Clean Cut Power Washing of East Hampton, CT. His equipment is first rate,  and he is meticulous in every detail. Very professional, & done with expertise & respect for surrounding gardens, plants & lawn. Included porches, decks, railings, & steps! Clean-Cut painted the full exterior of my house.  It is a large cedar clapboard colonial with a lot of wood windows, doors and two decks.  They did a very good job. My husband and I recently hired Clean Cut Painting and Powerwash to paint the exterior of our home in Andover.  The professionalism and workmanship of Chris and his team were phenomenal. Clean Cut Painting was hired to paint my popcorn ceiling in the bathroom. Chris was on time, professional and explained the entire process. Sam prepped the bathroom and did an excellent job painting the popcorn ceiling, even suggesting painting the exhaust fan cover to match. When Sam left there was absolutely no mess to clean. It’s like a brand new kitchen!  Clean Cut painted my cabinets, kitchen table and chairs, walls, and all my trim. What absolute professionals! I had Chris and team take care of my master bathroom that has very high and awkward ceilings. The ceiling was chipped and peeling and mildewed and they handled scraping and finishing and repainting everything with mold resistant paint. Could not be happier with how it turned out. Everything is smooth, and 4 months or so later there is no sign of any new mold! Price was super competitive and they worked around a crazy schedule for me. I am a contractor and have been doing Home Improvement projects for the greater Hartford area since 1994. I have used many subcontractors throughout my career and I have to say that Chris and the crew did a fantastic job. They showed up when they said they were going to. Nothing but high praise for Chris and Ari and the team at Clean Cut Painting - cannot recommend them enough! Not having had any friends in the area who have had recent painting done to turn to for recommendations, I was forced to turn to google and was lucky enough to come up with Clean Cut Painting. Sad to say, but it is so refreshing when the phone actually being answered by someone in the office who actually works at the company stands out, but this was the case while working the phones looking for estimates. I was fortunate enough to speak with Ari who was pleasant and helpful and answered all of my questions. (I can be a bit much sometimes) She set me up with an appointment for an estimate the following week. The day before I received a reminder text and the day of, Chris knocked on the door promptly at eleven am for our eleven am appointment. He was professional and knowledgeable, and respecting and valuing my time went a long way with me. I appreciated him asking what my time frame was and when I told him I was in kind of a hurry to get the job done quickly, he told me he would try his best to accommodate. When he left, he said he would get back to me at the end of the day with the estimate, and by five pm, the estimate was in my inbox. I had a few questions which he was kind enough to answer promptly, and when I told him I needed the night to mull it over, there was zero pressure, also very much appreciated. I want to say I also met with some other great painters and got some decent quotes, but I liked the feel of Clean Cut Painting and decided to sign the agreement the next day. The follow up email stated that they would be in touch next week. Sure enough, the following week Ari called and told me they could do the job the following week if we were ready to move ahead and make our selections. Deposit was made, colors chosen, keys exchanged. Chris and his team got the job done quickly and did an excellent job. My previous tenant had not left the place in the best shape and Chris got us back to looking like new. When the job was done, they were concerned with returning my keys and making sure I was pleased with their performance. I don’t write a lot of reviews, I really need to be better about it, but this one I wanted to be sure about. I will be using Clean Cut Painting again, and if you need a painter who is professional, courteous, values your time and doesn’t try and rip you off, Clean Cut Painting is the way to go. I could not be happier with my decision to hire Clean Cut to do our massive interior house painting project! Reasonable price for the quality of work. From onset, working with Chris, the owner,  through completion of work which included matching an existing color we wanted to continue using, removing all popcorn texture off ceilings (entryway cathedral ceiling too) and repairing walls/ceilings along the way. The team of Tyler, Sam and Gio went above and beyond to help us through this challenging project. Special thanks to Ari for coordinating moving pieces of schedules! Always on time, extremely high quality workmanship and attention to details top notch. They cared for our home as if this was their own. Chris came out to look at the exterior of my house, and I had an estimate in a day.  Tyler came out to pressure wash and the place looked like a different house.  The painting crew did a thorough prep of my cedar shake (one side was quite sun damaged), soffits and fascia.  They did a great job of priming and painting and the house looks fantastic.  Everyone was professional, respectful and friendly and they took great care with my lawn and plants along the house.  Ari was very helpful with scheduling and keeping me informed for each step of the process.  I will highly recommend Clean Cut to friends and would use them again in a heartbeat.
